Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free return process. Please review our return policy below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- The following items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Final Sale or Clearance Items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service team at themogran@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.
- Please package the item securely and include the RMA number inside the package.

4. Return Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or defective product).
- For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges
- We do not offer exchanges at this time
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund after the stated processing time, please first check your bank account or contact your credit card company. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at themogran@gmail.com.
